Returns

We accept returns for plants and pots under the following conditions:

  1. Timeframe: You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Plants should be healthy and undamaged. Pots must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required to process the return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Plants that have been planted or damaged after delivery.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or washed.

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at admin@sylorn.xyz with your order number and details of the product you’d like to return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will send you a return authorization along with instructions on how to return your items.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the product securely in the original packaging (if possible). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@sylorn.xyz. We will offer you a full refund, replacement, or credit, depending on the circumstances.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is damaged or defective.
